Meet Victoria Hirsel: Our New Administrator!

We are so excited to introduce Victoria Hirsel as our new Administrator! Victoria brings a wealth of experience, but more importantly, she brings a genuine passion for serving others—a quality she’s carried with her throughout her entire career.

Victoria started her professional journey in an unexpected way. Her first job was as a swim instructor at a local pool, and after that, she worked as an activities assistant in a nursing home. Her early experiences in caregiving sparked a deep desire to help people, especially in their most vulnerable moments. Today, as a licensed nursing home administrator, Victoria is driven by the same passion to make a difference in residents' lives and create positive, supportive environments for them.

Her inspiration to enter the healthcare field came from her mother, a nurse, who showed her the power of compassion and service. Victoria’s favorite part of her job is making a difference in residents' lives daily, having the opportunity to interact with them, hear their stories, and learn from their experiences. She’s also committed to changing the narrative around older adults, hoping to bring more respect, dignity, and positivity to the world of healthcare.

One of Victoria’s most meaningful memories in her career so far was admitting hergrandfather into a care facility and being there for him in his final years. It was a deeply personal experience that reaffirmed her commitment to the work she does and reminded her of the importance of family and compassion in healthcare.

When she’s not working, Victoria loves to explore new cities, discover cozy coffee shops, and visit wineries. She’s a huge Cleveland sports fan (Go Browns!), and she has a special place in her heart for Alaska, her favorite travel destination. Although she’s not a mom, Victoria is a proud auntie and loves spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She’s also been very involved in her community, having volunteered as the Director of Finance for YCP Columbus, a group designed to bring young adults together for networking events and social gatherings.

Victoria also has a fun side—she was in the drumline and played lacrosse for 10 years, so she knows how to bring energy to any team she’s a part of!

We’re incredibly excited to have Victoria on board. Her blend of expertise, warmth, and heart for service is exactly what our organization needs, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she’ll do in her new role. Please join us in welcoming Victoria to the team!
