Crown Pointe Care Center is a 90-bed facility located in the northwest area of Columbus, Ohio. We offer a full continuum of services and care, whether patients are in need of short term rehab, post-acute recovery, long term, or memory care. Our culture is based on an approach to honor and respect the wants and needs of our individual residents. From the admission process to the discharge, our staff is committed to the happiness of our residents, along with the satisfaction of their family members and responsible parties.

The clinical expertise of our in-house rehabilitation team assists our residents in achieving their maximum potential. Seasoned therapy staff offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy that is tailored to meet specific goals that are individualized to benefit each patient. Our certified therapists carefully evaluate, measure, and document progress to ensure they are receiving the maximum rehabilitation allowable during their stay.

As a premier memory care provider, Crown Pointe Care Center offers a secured 23-bed memory care unit. The staff in our specialized unit provides compassionate care for those living with Alzheimer's and Dementia, along with their loved ones. The safe and secure unit provides a home-like environment, to provide familiarity and routines to the everyday life of our residents.
