December Employee of the Month

Crown Pointe is filled with amazing staff members committed to making a difference in our residents' lives. They go above and beyond every day to help our residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for. We'd like to take a moment to celebrate Emmanuel Ativi, our Housekeeping Team Leader and Floor Tech, and recognize him as our December Employee of the Month!



Before becoming a Housekeeper, Emmanuel was a soldier in the military; we thank you for your service! He chose to work in long-term care because he has always wanted to work hard and give back to the elderly. The three words Emmanuel uses to describe his career are dedication, professionalism and loyalty. His favorite part about his career is giving back to those who need it most.

Outside of work, Emmanuel enjoys watching soccer, and his favorite sports team is Chelsea Football Association. His favorite place to travel to is Ghana. He is married to his wonderful wife, Tammy, and they have six beautiful children together.

Emmanuel is a very social person and will greet anyone with a smile. We love having him here at Crown Pointe! Please help us congratulate him for being Crown Pointe’s December Employee of the Month!
