April Employee of the Month

Meet one of our employees who is dedicated to our Culture of Care, Richard Asare, RN! Richard is Crown Pointe's April Employee of the Month!

Richard is one of our hardworking and compassionate Registered Nurses that primarily works on our skilled rehabilitation unit. He can usually be found working the night shift. His first job in long-term care was as a State Tested Nursing Assistant, and he chose this job because he wanted to make a difference in people's lives when they are in a time of need.



Richard would describe his career as being compassionate, dedicated, and professional. His favorite thing about working in a skilled nursing facility is working alongside like-minded colleagues that provide efficient and excellent care. We are so lucky to have someone like Richard, who is dedicated to his practice and only wants to provide the best care, as part of our team at Crown Pointe!

Outside of work, Richard enjoys listening to music and reading a good book. He also enjoys watching soccer, especially the Chelsea Football Club! A few interesting facts you might not know about Richard are that he went to Ohio University to get his Bachelor's in Nursing, his favorite travel destination is the Caribbean, and he loves to learn different languages.
