January Employee of the Month

Crown Pointe loves getting the opportunity to showcase some of the amazing caregivers at our premier facility. They work tirelessly every day to put our residents' needs first and provide the best care possible. They are true heroes in our community, not because of the career they've chosen, but the commitment and responsibility that they took on to care for the seniors and families of our community.

This month we would like to recognize an employee that has stood out and demonstrated our core values, Ebinzer Abeka! Please help us congratulate Ebinzer as Crown Pointe’s January Employee of the Month!



Ebinzer is a part of our Housekeeping Team and does a fantastic job. Before becoming a housekeeper, he drove for a living. He has now chosen to work in long-term care because he likes people and wanted to give back to his community. Ebinzer is passionate about helping those in need and wants to make a difference by leaving a positive impact on everyone he meets.

Ebinzer loves working with people in a supportive team environment. His favorite thing about his job is getting to interact with our residents and get to know them better. If he had three words to describe his career, they would be flexibility, observation and safety. Ebinzer is very happy to have a job at Crown Pointe and he loves how much joy it brings him!

Outside of work, Ebinzer enjoys reading books. He is from Ghana and loves going home to visit. He doesn’t have any children but loves sports. His favorite team is the Ghana Black Stars soccer team!
