April Resident of the Month

Crown Pointe loves to get to know our residents on a personal level and truly connect with them. We love serving the community here in Columbus, Ohio, and getting the opportunity to meet the amazing individuals who come into our facility. We wanted to take a moment to spotlight Vikki Goldstein as our April Resident of the Month!

Vikki has been a resident at Crown Pointe since 2020. She currently resides in our Memory Care Unit, so we interviewed her daughter to get to know her better. Vikki also goes by “VeeDee,” or the greatest grandma ever! She was born and raised in Columbus and has lived here her whole life.



Vikki loves to attend church and read her Bible. She used to be a Minster and went on mission trips with her church as much as she could. Vikki also loved visiting Kings Island and Cedar Point with her children while they were growing up. She has four children, three daughters, and a son, and even though she never owned any pets, she has always been a big fan of dogs.

A few more interesting facts you might not know about Vikki are that her favorite food is steak and chicken. She doesn't have a favorite color because she likes them all, but her favorite Jelly Beans are the black ones! If she had to give one word of advice to anyone in their 20s, it would be, “Love God. Have a great relationship with him and always keep him close!”
